Training Objectives

At the end of this training participants will...

• be able to assess personal readiness for facilitating a meeting following the Best Practice Guidelines
• understand the roles in the team process
• be able to implement a fidelity check on the Best Practice Guidelines
• be empowered to initiate a SPOC meeting
• be able to identify the structure of meeting facilitation under SOC
• understand how SPOC fits with their agency's mandated plan
• have a glossary of terms related to plans and languages of each county agency/department
