Description: The course will share the most current research on belonging to increase supervising staff's knowledge of strategies to build a positive staff culture. Attendees will learn and be given resources to support staff processes and procedures and information on how to have crucial conversations.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand strategies to implement to increase the likelihood of retaining staff members.
- Understand the importance of belonging in work environments.
- Plan for small changes to make to the work environment to improve retention.
