Description: We are in an unprecedented time. Individuals we serve are isolated at home to prevent spread of COVID-19. Families call on providers for answers and help. Providers are being asked to alter their methods of treatment delivery, while managing a seriously uncertain situation. This webinar considers providers and others can care for themselves during the isolation.
Learning Objectives: By the end of this web-based training, participants will be able to:

Name three categories of activity needed for mental wellness.
