Description: We are in an unprecedented time. Individuals we serve are isolated at home to prevent spread of COVID-19. This webinar considers how to activate and engage individuals, while using telehealth or other remote service.
Learning Objectives: By the end of this web-based training, participants will be able to:

List 3 behaviors that could increase individuals disengaging with telehealth.

Describe the parts of a message that will increase the likelihood of an individual returning a telehealth call.

List 3 therapy interfering symptoms that are exacerbated by isolation.

Design a session with an increased chance of activating the individual and draw them into therapy
